Our team aims to dispatch orders placed on our website within 1-3 business days after receiving the order confirmation e-mail. Times may vary accordingly during busy seasons such as holidays, sales and release nights; dispatching of orders may take from 7-10 business days. An Australia Post Tracking number will be e-mailed once order has been dispatched by our team.
Here in Blush Kids AU, we post orders through Australia Post’s Shipping services. Express Shipping has a flat rate of $13 excluding insurance and $16 with added insurance. It has an expected parcel delivery time of around 1-3 business days from dispatch depending on customer's postcode.
Another postage option is the Standard Shipping which has a flat rate of $9.50 excluding insurance, $12.50 with insurance with a timeframe delivery time of 7-10 business days after dispatch. Shipping rates may vary and change depending on brand events / sales.
We process orders by ORDER NUMBER and not by kind of postage option. We do offer a PRIORITY Shipping which includes an Express Shipping, Parcel Insurance and priority processing time of 1-2 business days.
We are using Australia Post for delivery within Australia, please refer to their Australia Post Delivery Estimator for a more accurate delivery times. Kindly remember to take into account the brand's order processing times prior to dispatch and fulfilment of orders.

Delivery Terms & Conditions
Blush Kids AU will not be held liable for missing parcels brought about by Australia Post. Insured parcel is an option at checkout, we strongly recommend having insurance especially for high-value orders. Please check terms of Australia Post prior to ordering.
All affiliated process with regards to delivery must be communicated between the customer and Australia Post. We are happy to help anytime, kindly contact us through the channels stated in our Contact Us tab.
ONLY INSURED PARCELS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND. This refund will be process as soon as Australia Post has deemed the parcel to be LOST.
If your parcel is not collected in time and it is "returned to sender" to us, a charge of $9.50 will be issued to you to resend out this parcel.
If you make a mistake with your postal address, Blush Kids AU can not guarantee any amendments once your order has been confirmed and processed. However, we will try and change it on our end but cannot promise this will be actioned before shipping occurs.
For ‘Next business day’ delivery, please refer to the Australia Post website whether you are part of the next business day guarantee network.
Blush Kids AU will not be held responsible for any theft or damage if you provide us with an authority to leave your parcel at an unattended address. All risk in the parcel will remain with you upon delivery and Blush Kids AU will not offer a replacement or refund for any loss or damage as a result of selecting to leave your parcel without a signature.
We will do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, Blush Kids AU will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.
All parcels are tracked. However, Blush Kids AU will not be held liable due to Australia Post's delivery services: missing packages, late delivery, etc.
We do not ship to forwarding companies.

We offer FREE Standard Shipping Australia-wide for orders over $150 AUD. Discount is automatically applied at checkout when your order is over $150 AUD. The threshold for free shipping is calculated after any promotions and discounts are applied.
