Returns and Refunds Policy

Blush Kids AU is happy to provide you with only the best clothing for your little girls. Due to the handmade nature of our products, all of our pieces are unique to one another, there are no two identical pieces. Floral placement of fabrics may differ from what is seen on our site. 

 

STEP 1: If you have any issues with your orders or perhaps a return is deemed necessary, please do not hesitate to contact and e-mail us at sales@blushkidsau.net along with the following details:

Terms and Conditions

Due to the limited quantity of our designs, we do not cater any form of Exchanges. However, Refunds & Returns are available.

Our Refunds & Returns Policy only covers (10) ten days after receipt of products/package. 

Products must be unworn, unwashed, unstained with tags attached in original packaging to be eligible for our Refunds & Returns Policy. Return the item/s back to our warehouse with postage at your own cost within the given ten-day timeframe.

STEP 3: Send a photo of the parcel with the details and tracking number visibly seen.

We do not accept any kinds of returns/refunds due to change of mind, sizing errors or wear and tear due to usual or improper usage. Once a garment is worn, we cannot determine the cause of the item's fault.

We inspect all items on the warehouse prior to shipping but during the unlikely case of a faulty or damaged item/s, you will have to return the item/s back to our warehouse.

 

STEP 4: Once item/s is/are inspected we will e-mail you with the approval or rejection of the refund within seven (7) business days. WE ISSUE REFUNDS FOR THE ITEM/S AND NOT FOR THE POSTAGE COST OF THE ORDER THAT WAS SENT.

Blush Kids AU reserves the right to refuse a product that does not meet with the stated terms and conditions. It is within our discretion to deem if a product is faulty or not.

If approved and products have met the required conditions above, we will issue a refund equivalent to the value of product/s (exclusive of postage cost) in your preferred channel within a 30-day period.

  2. REFUND in your original form of payment.

 

Note that if there are issues with a purchase using a discount code, the refund will only be equivalent to the value of what you have paid for the item/s; excluding the discount value.

 

Strictly no refunds and returns on BRAND GIFTS/GIVEAWAYS, MYSTERY BOXES, GOODIE BAGS and SALE ITEMS.
